Torres operates as both a construction company and a real estate developer, specializing in residential developments (both vertical and horizontal).
Torres also provides services for government housing programs (such as Minha Casa Minha Vida) and for the resumption of stalled developments.
Torres and Caixa Econômica Federal have been working together on projects for 16 years, going beyond financing. Caixa is Torres’ main financing agency, and this relationship also extends to the execution of recovery projects. A solid partnership that streamlines processes and ensures the completion of developments started by other developers who left residential constructions unfinished.
